    "content": "I was saying that we need to strengthen the Constitution so that this House, which actually passed the Constitution strengthening Article 189, should not again negate the same provision of our Constitution. I oppose the intention to delete Clause 6 and propose that it remains in the Bill. It is going to strengthen our dispute resolution mechanisms in our country."
