Gichigi has just read, it clearly says, âthe Commission on Revenue Allocation shall consider this provision and may make recommendations to the National Assemblyâ. I think yesterday we spoke on the same and said that we have not received any recommendations. So, we do not want to go back on what we had discussed yesterday. They âmayâ make not âshallâ make. Therefore we shall move with the fact that they have not made any recommendations and we will move on with what we have."
