"content": "Secondly, I am not talking because of myself. I represent the people of South Mugirango who elected me. I am a Member of Parliament. I have been given this chance to serve this Committee. I want your guidance, why my name was removed and for what reason and by who. I am not asking for any favour from any person. As I said, I am a Member of this august House, could the Minister who has moved this Motion explain why my name has being replaced and whether it is according to the Standing Orders of this National Assembly?"
