    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for coming to my rescue. I was just saying that we have insurance for livestock, but you cannot insure livestock where there is occurrence of deaths or catastrophic events like when there are large droughts where you cannot compensate each and every person. I was suggesting that instead of going the insurance way, what we need to do is to improve the infrastructure and even provide irrigation schemes to such areas so that they are safeguarded against such calamities. Thank you."
