I think it is important for my colleagues to understand that the reason for the issue of one-third is now constitutional as we promulgated a new Constitution. When we were making the other Committees, we did not have this new Constitution. We now have a new Constitution which we swore not to violate. When we go for election under this new Constitution, one-third rule will be followed."
