Deputy Speaker, on the issue of interference with the running of county governments, I think it is important that the national Government does not attempt to micro- manage the county governments. They should be given a free hand to run their affairs. Of course, I will also be bringing some amendment to this Bill tomorrow, so that we may raise the amounts allocated and also put in measures which will ensure that there will be no interference."
