Deputy Speaker, Sir, sometimes, those who are drafting these laws and perhaps those who are preparing these revenue sharing structures at Treasury may really not be in keeping with what I may want to call absolute fidelity to the principles in this Constitution. For the record, let us remind them and remind ourselves in this House of the principles set out in the Constitution that ought to guide the revenue allocation and division of the same between the two levels of Government."
