    "content": "During Labour Day celebrations, somebody said that there is a lot of “leakage” when it comes to the revenue that is collected in this country but the Government did not even respond. So, we know that this Government will be able to raise more funds and concentrate on various sectors which have been highlighted in order to collect more money. I propose that they continue streamlining the collection of revenue so that we have adequate revenues to fund devolution or give the county governments."
