    "content": "I would like to dwell more on the growth of this economy and that will ensure that we will not be in trouble with Kenyans about how much we are paid because we will have expanded this economy. We are the youth in this country and we do not want to waste our time discussing populist positions along party lines at the expense of this country. I would urge hon. Members and especially my colleagues, the Minority Party, to just not oppose this Bill; to recognize that the Central Government has other responsibilities that are national like building infrastructure, roads and the Lamu-Juba Corridor. That is the only way we are going to achieve the growth that we desire and achieve Vision 2030 that we want to achieve."
