    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, again, I will ask for your ruling. We are not doing this rightly. This country has been taken to a crisis because of this issue when the Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice and the Director of Public Prosecutions were being appointed. We are now awaiting a Supreme Court ruling on the same and we will ask humbly that this House also makes a ruling. We cannot be the ones violating the Constitution when we are the people who are supposed to be implementing it. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I still ask that you rule whether these committees being set now during the new dispensation we are in, are in tandem with the new Constitution that says that two-thirds of a gender should not be represented in any appointment or elective body in this country. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I seek your ruling."
