We need to move forward. We have the Report of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee. We need to dispense of that. We have Bills coming next week; at least four of them. We need to dispense of those critical Bills. We have the Budget to discuss. We are not through with the Budget. This House has a lot of workload. Let us dispense of this business. Let us dispose of it and we move forward to other equally important business."
