    "content": "The other thing I would like to raise is the fact that there is need for us to reduce the amounts allocated to commissions. Some of the commissions like the one headed by Mrs. Serem, who inadvertently raised her salary from Kshs300,000 to Kshs900,000--- The amounts allocated to these commissions must be reduced. I am also aware that she refused one of the vehicles which was given to her of a capacity of 2000 cc and bought herself a big Mercedes Benz car. These are some of the issues which we are going to be addressing, and because of that we have to make recommendations to see that the amounts given to these commissions are reduced; instead we will increase the amount to the county governments."
