Deputy Speaker, I do not wish to bore the House with the text of the Constitution, but it is important because we are legislating and formulating these pieces of legislation in line and directly out of the mandate of this Constitution. So, if there is any law that comes to this House and attempts not to be faithful to those constitutional principles, that law certainly will be annulled to the extent of that lack of faith. Therefore, may we remind those at the Treasury that it is important to be very keen and very clear that, as we formulate these laws, we offer options that are strictly in line with those constitutional principles."
