    "content": "Article 42 of our Constitution is very clear. Under the Bill of Rights, every citizen of this country is entitled to a clean and healthy environment. This includes the right to have the environment protected for the benefit of the present and future generations through legislative and other regulatory measures, particularly the laws contemplated under Article 69. Again, under Article 69, it is very clear that one of the obligations of the Government, with regard to the environment, is protection and enhancement of intellectual property; protection and enhancement of indigenous knowledge of biodiversity and genetic resources of communities; and protection of genetic resources and the biological diversity of this country."
