    "content": "On this Motion, I want to congratulate hon. Ganya for bringing it on the Floor for various reasons. First, tourism is a fundamental aspect in the development of this country and, as seen in the Jubilee Manifesto, they intend to increase the number from the current 1.3 million to 3 million tourists. That can only be achieved if concerted efforts are put in place. One of them is dealing with the menace of poaching. As you are all aware, tourism is now the second highest revenue income earner in this country and I would urge hon. Members to support this Motion. At the same time, I would urge hon. Ganya to expand more on this so that there is a lot of benefit from this Motion."
