In line with the presentation by the Leader of the Majority Party, the Public Finance Management Act, Section 37(6) puts it very clearly that the Cabinet Secretary should submit to the National Assembly not later than 15th May, any comments of the National Treasury on the budget proposals by the Parliamentary Service Commission and the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. Hon. Speaker, Sir, 15th May was last week on Wednesday. Could we get clarification from the Leader of the Majority Party why this has not been brought to Parliament and if it has been, where it is."
