Member has asked in the Statement to the Leader of the Majority Party, I would like him, as he is replying, to also state categorically the role of the Deputy President vis-a-viz the role of the last Vice-President in terms of travel and the work that he has done outside this country in terms of foreign policy so that it can be clear, once and for all for this House, that there is a fundamental difference between a Vice-President and a Deputy President according to what is clearly spelt out. As I conclude, let me also ask him to furnish us with the comparisons of the same travels undertaken in the same Government by the Vice-President and the Prime Minister to the various countries that he has mentioned so that, once and for all, we can give this House the accurate position on the travelling by"
