One, is any Bill which relates to the election of members of a county assembly or a county executive or is the annual County Allocation of Revenue Bill referred to in Article 218. There is no mention of Division of Revenue Bill. If you go to the ordinary Bill, it says: âAn ordinary Bill which shall be considered under Article 112.â"
