    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity to address myself to this Motion that seeks to have agro-based parastatals transferred to county governments. I also wish to take this opportunity to just look at the debate that has just ended. When I decided to get into politics and I chose to vie for a seat in the National Assembly, even with my known limited legal mind, I read the Constitution as a lay man; it was so clear to me that the National Assembly is actually the senior House It, therefore, beats logic that those experienced lawyers in the Senate have an issue that on this matter."
