    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion. I want to congratulate Kenyans who brought the new Constitution into place. It is due to it that we are vetting Kenyans with whom we want to trust with the good job of implementing the Constitution. I want to say that one institution that keeps on letting us down is the Government Printer. It deserves to be reprimanded seriously."
