    "content": "Hon. Anyanga has spoken on this issue and he is so bitter about it. This shows something unusual. Rather than dealing sporadically with these issues, can the Leader of Majority Party tell this House the Government strategy for getting to know what the cause of this escalating insecurity in the country is? What is the motive behind it and how do we address it? This is not a matter where you hear that somebody or people have been slaughtered in Suba, then you move there with the police officers and try to harass people around. It will not work like that! You need to get to the bottom of the matter, the root cause of this insecurity in the country. Let us understand whether it is politically induced or some cult? What kind of thing is it? It is not really poverty because the people who come to slaughter others, like the ones who came in two vehicles, those were not poor people. Those are people who are up to some mission; what would you get from a watchman really? Your drive your two cars to go and slaughter a watchman and you disappear! You do not even steal from the premises the watchman is guarding. So, there must be something. Could the Leader of Majority Party tell this House, really what is the strategy of getting to understand what is causing this serious problem in the country?"
