We can have more policemen and vehicles, but CCTV cameras at Central Business District (CBD) and entrances of towns will really help. So, the Leader of the Majority Party and the security committee should take note of that. It is very important that CCTV cameras are installed, and they will help. Since we are talking about Nairobi, security is also bad. At the end of the month, people get rations from Uchumi Spermarket and they are mugged. We are not addressing security. How can we address security when people are unemployed? Our youths have been taken for a ride. The Government had promised that one youth would be a Minister. There is nobody leading the youth. Our youths are unemployed, and so we should address that problem. The Majority Leader should emphasize more on CCTV cameras."
