    "content": "We are there to support in terms of giving the technology. We have gone through that and if there is any role we can play, we can do it. We should not blame the Inspector-General. What has happened in Bungoma should have been detected by the National Intelligence Service (NIS). We are reading in the newspapers that uniformed people were used. We have not got answers as at now. What is happening in Bungoma is not a security matter. It is political and witch-hunting matter. We need those questions to be answered. Thank you."
