    "content": "Secondly, the latest incident that has been reported was in Banisa which is my constituency. Up to now, we are not able to verify the magnitude of the problem. The security forces have responded to the distress call; they have not gone back; the area is not covered by any network and, therefore, they are not able to go to where they will ascertain the problem is.
