    "content": "Hon. Mati talked about the focal point and small arms; Kenya is signatory and hosts that organization. Our Inspector-General of Police was a leading person in that organization. So, we have an obligation and commitment as a Government to make sure that proliferation of small arms within this region is reduced. But we must be awake to the fact that Kenya is surrounded by countries where conflict is the order of the day. We hope that Somalia will become very stable and the Sudan and South Sudan will reduce their conflict. We hope that all our neighbours will enjoy peace and stability."
