    "content": "Regarding police officers overstaying in certain areas, we moved them from Bungoma, Garissa and Busia. I am sure the head of State is meeting the field commanders of the 47 counties today. We will not allow a police officer to stay in a station for more than three years. If an officer stays in a station for ten years, he is no longer a police officer, but a businessman; he will own a matatu, a boda boda and other businesses."
