    "content": "Thank you hon. Speaker. I wish to seek clarification on two issues touching on Baringo County, particularly Baringo North, where we have serious insecurity problem. In mid April, the Inspector-General (IG) was able to visit my constituency in Baringo County, and promised to undertake operations there during the month of April, but and up to date nothing has been done. I wish to ask the Leader of Majority Party to explain when these will be undertaken."
