    "content": "The Kenya Police Reservists should assist the police in enhancing security in areas where there is insecurity like in Baringo County, Baringo North in particular. In certain areas, when it rains, it is difficult for the police to operate. The Government should avail police reservists. These are local people and they know the area. So, they can help track and follow the animals and assist the police in enhancing security. I would like to seek clarification as to when the Government will avail police reservists in Baringo North along the border with Baringo East, so that they can assist the police to enhance security in that region."
