I know what we have been discussing is a very sensitive statement that touches on security or insecurity for that matter. How much time can we apportion statements? This is because from 2.30 p.m. up to now, we have dwelt on one statement made by Hon. Duale. I wanted to be guided whether we have timelines so that we have to spend some amount of time allocated for statements other than wasting the whole afternoon without tackling the real business of this House."
