I deal with Questions to do with Provincial Administration while hon. Ojode deals with all police Questions. That is why he is on the Floor all the time and not for other reasons. I know that there is collective responsibility but we must have the understanding. I have just seen this Question. I am going to answer another Question for hon. Ojode in the afternoon because I have an answer and have been briefed. I have not seen this one. That is all I am saying.
