It is a fact that this House has more pressing matters to undertake in so far as debate on the Budget Estimates is concerned. I support the fact that we need to adjourn on this subject, so that we can have time to address the matter of the Standing Orders. If we do not do this, we will cause a lot of problems in this House in the next couple of weeks"
