    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) Yes, I am aware. (b) The Government is in the process of implementing the undertaking to provide motorbikes to chiefs. In 2008, the Ministry procured and distributed to provinces a total of 36 motorbikes to be distributed to chiefs. In the last Financial Year, 2010/2011 the Ministry procured an additional 135 motorbikes. The motorbikes will be distributed as soon as their registration is completed. The implementation of the undertaking will be continued in line with budgetary allocations from Treasury."
