    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I think it is because of a lot of interest generated by the business which is about to appear after this Motion. This is the only way by which those agreements and those consultations that we have had from both sides of the House can be captured and can legally be entertained in this House. Members will know that the leadership of this House has closed the gap. Majority has said that they will bring 14 members; minority will bring 13 members. To be able to capture that in a legislative process, it is important to entrench it in the Standing Orders so that the majority party has the majority in the two committees but the minority is able to chair the two committees."
