"content": "As to who actually signed the lease--- I have seen the lease. I want to see if there is any issue pertaining to any irregularities as the hon. Member claims. I do not believe so, because it is also signed by the PLC themselves, maybe, when they were initially starting the company itself. However, I am more than willing to look into it to see if there is any deviation. But I did say that all the assets, including the lease are to be transferred to the entity that has been hived off by Thomas De La Rue, which is the entity that the Government will be entering into partnership with or shareholding of 40 per cent. That is the entity that is now being referred to as De La Rue Kenya EPZ Limited."
