    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am raising this point because two days I ago, we debated a very important matter in this House which was the approval of Cabinet Secretaries. We saw hon. Members who sit in the Appointments Committee making contradictory positions and we were not able to take a stand because the minutes of the meetings of the Appointments Committee were not there. I, therefore, think that because we are a House of rules, records and traditions, it would be wrong for us to proceed in a manner that defies our own rules."
