Deputy Speaker, while I agree with the Motion as it is, given the current settings in the House, it is okay but I would plead with the Procedure and House Rules Committee that at the end of this Parliament they should also institute another amendment to the same amendment that we are doing today. We have not envisioned a situation where we will have a President who comes from the minority party in the House. I think we need to put that into consideration and ensure that we qualify it further and say that the chair shall come from the party that the President is not coming from or the coalition the President is not coming from because there will be a situation which can arise that we will have a minority here and yet they have produced the President. So, we will still end up with that clash. So, I urge the Procedure and House Rules Committee to look at that amendment at the end of this House so that we can make sure that we have literally left everything watertight."
