    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. My name is Kimani Ichung’wah, the Member for Kikuyu. This Motion has been preventing the House from conducting its business for the last few weeks. It is important to also congratulate the Minority as hon. Ababu has done for the magnanimity to accept reality as it is today. This is because the current Standing Orders are very clear on the chairs of both PAC and PIC. This also applies to the composition as to who will hold the Majority in those two committees. However, in the spirit of moving forward and accommodating each other, I think it is only right that we support this Motion and allow the Minority to chair those two committees.
