    "content": "chair both PIC and PAC, we have not reached a situation where the President or those in the Government will be the Minority in the House and, therefore, that amendment may not have a lot of meaning for now. However, for the sake of moving forward, let us support this Motion so that the Jubilee Government can fully implement the Manifesto, the promises and pledges that it made to Kenyans.
