"content": "Secondly, we know that we have the Budget Estimates that have been tabled in this House and which are supposed to be subjected to various Departmental Committees for hon. Members to scrutinize and interrogate the new Cabinet Secretaries in their respective dockets. We have a nominee as the Communication was made from the Chair yesterday; in the name of one Kimemia. That has a 14 daysâ timeline. Parliament will do the public advertisements. We need the Committee from next week to interrogate and listen to public views. We have the vacant position of the Deputy Chief Justice. The Speaker has referred the name of Justice Rawal to the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. We have the Budget and the CDF. As hon. Members, the CDF is very crucial and we need to go back home and make sure we give the necessary development through CDF to the people who brought us to this House. There is also the element of delegated legislation which I do not want to go very much into, but everybody knows why we need it."
