    "content": "I want to say here that in the Tenth Parliament - and I am sure hon. Keynan will agree with me because he is a living Member - I was in a group together with hon. Mbadi and hon. C. Kilonzo and we felt that the Parliamentary Service Commissioners were not serving the interest of Members. We had a substantive Motion and we convinced the 222 Members. When you impeach or you have issues with the Commission, it also touches on the Chairman, who is the Speaker. Later, that is how we won the war by bringing in hon. Keynan midstream to be a Member and Vice-Chairman of the Commission. From that day, hon. Keynan became the darling of the Members of the last Parliament. When we have given these Members such prestigious positions to serve in the Commission, they are doing it on behalf of the entire membership. It is not that we have appointed you so that you can go round the world, use the Commission’s money and sit in big offices. You must be accountable to your membership and exhibit transparency and accountability in how you run the Commission."
