    "content": "comes to crops, we have got silos. This is where produce from farmers is stored once it is bought by the Government. Equally, those cows can be sold and funds saved. When there is pasture, the same money can be used to buy cows to be given to the farmers. The Motion in itself is good, but then, an insurance cover might be a difficult and cumbersome exercise. But a fund for the same can be very appropriate. Thank you, hon. Speaker."
