Simba to allege that the Jubilee Government is not serious in assisting the livestock farmers? He knows very well that the Jubilee Manifesto has clearly and unequivocally stated that it intends to assist livestock farmers. I would like to request you to rule hon. Simba out of order. That is the reason why he lives in the City and he does not know anything about livestock."
