    "content": "So, those slaughterhouses are what we need and not to insure the camels, sheep, goats, cows and pigs. We need machinery in those slaughterhouses. We need to insure them and make sure that they are working and in good condition each day so that people can continue with their daily lives. Women in those areas can be sustained through that way by knowing that their husbands and young men have gone to work. Hon. Speaker, Sir, we should also look at how we can get boreholes in those places because once you have water, you have sorted out so many issues. At the same time, because of the problems in those semi-arid areas, there is a problem of our children going to school. But when the facilities and systems are in place, I believe you will see a great change in those semi-arid areas and I believe this is the time that things should change. I believe the Jubilee Government is ready to do all these things. We will be ready to support it once it puts this machinery in place because I believe we have brains to change this Government of Kenya. Thank you so much, hon. Speaker, Sir."
