This principle is about the law of critical few and trivial many. You will find in practice that 20 per cent of your clothes are worn 80 per cent of the time, or 20 per cent of your friends cause 80 per cent of your problems. Therefore 20 per cent of Members of Parliament in this House represent 80 per cent of the interests of Kenyans out there."
