    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I support the Motion. Livestock, especially in the ASAL areas, is the only source of income. I think this matter should be taken seriously. Think of yourself, your wife and children being in an arid land. Due to climatic change, drought comes all of a sudden and sweeps away all your source of livelihood. This is the case, yet the person in charge of the Ministry of Livestock somewhere has ugali on the plate. The Ministry officials do not even care about women and children."
