    "content": "as important as the lives of the people of Westlands and elsewhere. Therefore, it is important for those responsible in Government to think very seriously of how to find a solution to this problem. People in Dandora spend sleepless nights because the area becomes totally inhabitable at night. The cry there is permanent. I would, therefore, like to be assisted to ensure that the lives of those people are regarded to be as important as the lives of any other Kenyans. In fact, I would like to add another rider to this problem, namely insecurity, which has reached hazardous levels. Dandora is known to be a very critical area, where even secondary school-going youth engage in crime. In fact, police officers deployed to serve in that area always look for ways of getting out as soon as possible; currently, nobody wants to deal with the menace of insecurity in Dandora. Therefore, I would like to have more security personnel deployed to Dandora to manage the insecurity situation there. A day hardly passes without having a person there killed or shot. Even as early as 8.00 pm, you hear gunfire in the estate. So, Dandora is an area of very serious crime. It is, therefore, time that this menace was addressed. It is my desire that the Government establishes a fully-fledged police station in that area and deploys a sufficient number of properly equipped security personnel."
