When we talk about establishing a free of charge nursing unit, it means that--- I think there are issues about whether it is a nursing home or something like that. When we talk of a unit, we are talking of a facility within a hospital. This can be a clinic, and it should also have support facilities. This unit should contain certain packages for the old people. Old people would go there and receive care at no cost."
