Any time there is human-wildlife conflict, they tend to favour the animals more than human beings. The money which is required to solve this problem, according to the Assistant Minister is Kshs179 million. These conflicts have been happening from time to time. Why has he not budgeted for it? What is he doing with the emergency kit? Could he not look for that money to safeguard the people living around Kindaruma and Masinga dams?"
