    "content": "Section 3 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act (Act No.33 of 2011) provides for the exercise of powers of appointment under the Constitution. Under the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act and the Standing Orders, the National Assembly is required to conclude the process of approval or rejection of the nominee within 14 days from the date of notification."
