    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. For the record, I am hon. Dido Rasso, Member for Saku. I wish to thank the Leader of the Majority Party for his answer on this. But interrogating it, I find it quite inadequate. Tana is known for conflicts, floods, famine and high levels of poverty, but when you look at the water flow, Tana should be rich in food and the bread basket of this country. Perennially, Tana is fed on famine relief. We have heard what the Government has done, but what is the Government doing so that in future, it is able to prevent such catastrophic calamities from happening?"
